The largest number of vacancies are for Nursing Superintendent (246) and Pharmacist (100).

RRB Paramedical Eligibility Criteria

To apply for these posts, you must meet the educational qualifications and age limit as mentioned in the official notification (to be released soon). Here’s a general idea:

• Nursing Superintendent: B.Sc. in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma from a recognized institute.

• Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.

• Lab Assistant, Dialysis Technician, ECG Technician, etc.: Relevant diplomas or certificates in the respective field.

The age limit for most posts is expected to be between 18 to 35 years, with relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules.

RRB Paramedical Selection Process

The selection for RRB Paramedical Posts will be done in three stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

   • The exam will be objective (multiple choice questions).

   • Subjects will include General Awareness, Reasoning, and Professional Knowledge related to the post.

2. Document Verification:

   • After passing the CBT, selected candidates must show their original documents for verification.

3. Medical Examination:

   • Final shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical test to check if they are fit for railway service.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a salary under the 7th Central Pay Commission. The pay level will be Level-2 to Level-5, depending on the post.

For example:

• Pharmacist may fall under Level-5

• Lab Assistant or Technicians may fall under Level-2 or Level-3
